Receipt and invoice capture with AI

No more receipts piling up in your pocket: upload a photo or PDF, AI reads the amounts and VAT, and at the end of the month you send your accountant one file.

Latviski

Who it helps

Who it is for
Small businesses, sole traders and accountants who receive receipts and invoices from clients in all sorts of formats.
What problem it solves
Typing receipts into a spreadsheet takes time, and missing details only surface in the bookkeeping. Lexio reads the data and flags what needs checking.

How it works

  1. Upload a receipt or invoice

JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC or PDF up to 10 MB - a phone photo works too.

  2. AI reads the data

Supplier, date, amounts and VAT. A “check this” flag appears if a detail may not meet the Accounting Law or Cabinet Regulation No. 877.

  3. Export for your accountant

CSV or XLSX - by document or by VAT line.

What you get

Organised documents
Receipts, invoices and credit notes in one list with amounts and VAT.
Check flags
A flag if a document may be missing details. It is not a legal finding, just a reminder to check.
A file for your accountant
CSV or XLSX that can be opened in a spreadsheet or accounting software.

Frequently asked questions

How many receipts can I upload?

Does Lexio replace an accountant?

No. Lexio prepares the data, but bookkeeping and tax returns are done by your accountant or yourself.

Can the data be imported into accounting software?

The export is CSV or XLSX, which spreadsheets and software that support these formats can import. There is no direct integration with specific accounting programs yet.
