Invite colleagues
The invitation arrives by email. Roles - owner, admin, member or viewer.

Permissions for each module separately, and actions are recorded in the activity log.

That is the price of this module on its own. Several modules together cost up to 40% less, and paying yearly saves another 20%. The first 14 days cost €4.99 for the whole package you choose, and you can cancel at any time.

Can I give my team different permissions?
Yes - there are roles (owner, admin, member, viewer) and permissions for each module separately.
How much is an additional user?
€4.99 a month including VAT for each additional colleague. Additional users are available only with the Office and team module; the owner is always included.
Can colleagues see my contracts in other modules?
No - data in other modules, such as contracts and deadlines, stays in each user's own account. The office shares its matters and documents.
